When contacting us, especially to book a party, it would be really useful for you to give us the following information:

• Hirer details eg. Name, address, contact number, email address
• potential dates
• If you would also like private hire of the club house
• If you require the use of the bar
• Location of party/event with post code if you would like chase to travel to your event

A £50 deposit must be paid to book Chase Playbus at time of booking, the remainder to be paid no less than 7 days prior to the party.

We accept payments by bank transfer only.
